We are seeking a full-time Intern Architect or Architect with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about contributing to purposeful, high-quality design while learning alongside experienced mentors. As part of a nimble and collaborative studio, you'll contribute directly to all phases of design including exploring ideas, developing thoughtful solutions, and helping transform concepts into built environments that reflect the values and visions of the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
Design + Creativity
- Participate in conceptual design, planning, and visualization across a diverse range of project types including education, healthcare, community & civic, workplace, and housing.
- Contribute to design studies, renderings, diagrams, and presentations that bring clarity and purpose to client conversations.
- Engage in iterative problem-solving rooted in curiosity.
Technical Development + Documentation
- Support the development of technical drawings, BIM models, and specifications through all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with project architects and principals with a focus on technical rigor, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
- Translate design with intention into buildable, well-coordinated documents.
Collaboration + Client Interaction
- Work in a culture where people matter as much as ideas while engaging in open dialogue with colleagues, clients, and consultants.
- Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and community engagement activities aligned with project needs.
Professional Growth
- Receive support for licensure, continuing education, and mentorship designed around your growth path.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 1-5 years of architectural experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, conceptual 3D modeling tools (Sketchup, Rhino), and visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion).
- Curiosity for design and a desire to explore ideas that move clients and communities forward.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfort working closely with a small, highly engaged team.
- Commitment to thoughtful, purpose-driven work and a culture built on trust, clarity, and care.
Interior Designer - Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. You'll collaborate closely with architects and studio leaders on projects across education, healthcare, workplace, community, and housing, helping shape interiors that elevate daily life.
This is a role for someone who blends creativity with curiosity, detail with care, and who thrives in a studio where design exploration is valued as much as technical rigor.
What You'll Do

- Lead material and finish selection and FF&E design and procurement.
- Contribute to user narratives, mood boards, presentations, and environmental graphics integration.
- Engage in iterative problem-solving rooted in curiosity.
- Bring forward insights rooted in material research, wellness standards, sustainability strategies, and user experience.
Technical Development + Documentation
- Support the development of technical drawings, BIM models, and specifications through all project phases.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure seamless integration between interior and architectural systems with a focus on clear communication and disciplined execution.
- Translate design with intention into buildable, well-coordinated documents.
Collaboration + Client Interaction
- Work in a culture where people matter as much as ideas while engaging in open dialogue with colleagues, clients, and consultants.
- Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and community engagement activities aligned with project needs.
